Context: Inspired by illuminated manuscripts in the collections of the British Library, the Bodleian, the Morgan Library, and Bibliothèque Nationale de France. Manuscripts represented in the set include: MS. Latin 9471, MS Stowe 17, Add MS 49622, BL Harley 2900, MS M.183, Exeter College MS 47, and Add MS 18850.
